Sos Travel House

We are located at C-5/6 in Keshavpuram, right on Lawrence Road. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, and our office is right in the thick of it. We’ve been here for years, and most people in the neighborhood know where to find us. We mostly focus on travel arrangements, so the office is full of schedules and ticket stubs. It’s a small space, and sometimes it feels a bit cramped when more than two people are visiting at once. We have a couple of old fans that hum all day to keep the air moving. My colleagues and I have worked together for a long time, so we have a good rhythm going, even when things get stressful. We get a lot of walk-ins from people living nearby who want to book a bus or a train to see their family. We don't have any fancy software, just the standard stuff that usually works. There’s a tea stall right outside that we visit probably too many times a day. Lawrence Road can be noisy with all the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of horns and trucks passing by. It’s a very local business, and we like it that way because we get to know our customers personally. We just try to be honest with people about prices and times, and we do our best to help them out with their trips. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do.
