Sony Communication

Sony Communication is tucked away in Palam Village on Dada Dev Road, specifically at Wz 904. If you’ve ever walked through Palam Vihar, you know it’s a place that never really stops moving. Our shop is right in the middle of all that local energy. It’s a small room, honestly, but we manage to fit everything we need inside. The walls have a few posters that have been there for way too long, and the display case has seen better days, but it works for us. We handle a lot of different things related to phones and talk to a lot of people every single day. Some days are so busy we barely have time to eat lunch, and other days we just sit by the door and watch the cows and scooters go past on the road outside. It is a very local kind of business. We don't use any fancy systems to keep track of things; mostly just a notebook and a pen. The fan on the ceiling makes a bit of a clicking noise, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity. We are just a small shop in the village trying to keep things going and helping out whoever walks through the door with their phone problems. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy.
