Sony Authorised

Our shop is tucked away in Lajpat Rai Gali, which is part of the Kotla Mubarak Pur area. It’s a narrow street, like many in this part of New Delhi. If you’re looking for C-427, that’s us. Being Sony Authorised means we handle a lot of electronics, mostly repairs and parts that people bring in. It gets pretty crowded in the afternoons. People are always coming in with something that stopped working or needing a specific wire. We’ve been in this same spot for a long time. The walls are lined with boxes and tools we’ve collected over the years. It’s not the cleanest or most modern looking place, but we know where everything is. New Delhi is always loud, and the street outside is no different. You hear the scooters and the shouting all day long. We just sit at the back bench and work on the circuit boards. Sometimes a customer will sit and have tea while they wait. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just do the work that comes through the door. If a part isn't in stock, we tell them straight. We don't like to overpromise things. It’s just a small business in a busy market trying to keep the electronics running for the local folks. We close up when the sun goes down and start again tomorrow. It’s a simple life, but it suits us just fine here.
