Sonanda Telecom

Down in East of Kailash, over in Amrit Puri-Bm, garhi at number 100, is where Sonanda Telecom is based. This part of Delhi is very crowded with narrow lanes and lots of small shops everywhere. We are just one of those shops. We handle things related to mobile phones and various connections. It is a small space, usually filled with cables, some phones on display, and various tools we use for repairs. The street outside is always full of movement. People are constantly walking by, and we get a lot of locals coming in for quick fixes or to get a recharge. We do not have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know how to handle the technology. The building at 100 isn't anything special to look at, but it is our home. Sometimes it is a bit hard to find us if you are not from this area because the lanes can be very confusing for newcomers. We spend a lot of our time talking to customers about their phone issues. It involves a lot of listening and trying to figure out what went wrong. Amrit Puri has a specific kind of energy, very local and busy. We do not put on any airs or act like we are bigger than we are. We just sit at our counter and do what needs to be done. Sonanda Telecom has been around for some time, and we like it here in East of Kailash.
