Somdutt Builders

We run our building business out of an office in Rajouri Garden. The address is J-3 / 199-A, and it is just a regular building in a busy neighborhood. Being in New Delhi, we are used to the noise and the constant movement outside. Our office isn't anything special to look at. We have some old wooden desks, a few chairs for visitors, and filing cabinets that are overflowing with blueprints and contracts. We spend a lot of our time on the phone talking to suppliers or checking in with the crews at different construction sites across the city. It is a lot of back-and-forth work. Sometimes people stop by to ask about building a house or getting some repairs done, and we just sit down and talk it through with them. We don't use any big presentations or fancy brochures. We just show them what we have done before and tell them what is possible. Parking around here is always a bit of a nightmare, so we usually tell people to come early if they are driving. There is always a layer of dust on the floor from the site visits, no matter how much we sweep. It is just the nature of the work we do. We are a small team and we have been at this for a long time. We just take things one project at a time and try to get the jobs finished without too much trouble.
