Our office is located at 22/333 in Punjabi Bazar, over in the Kotla Mubarakpur area of New Delhi. It's a crowded part of the city, but it feels like home to us. We’ve been handling travel arrangements from this spot for quite some time now. Dealing with tickets, buses, and trips takes up most of our day. Even though our name mentions Duliajan, this New Delhi office is where we handle the daily grind of bookings and questions. The bazar outside is always noisy, full of people buying things, but inside we just focus on getting the paperwork right. Sometimes the internet is slow or a customer is in a hurry, so it gets a bit hectic. We aren't some massive corporate agency; it's just a few of us sitting at desks trying to figure out the best routes for people. We talk to a lot of travelers who are heading out for work or to see family. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing away at the computer. If you walk through Punjabi Bazar, you'll eventually run into our building. It's a practical setup, nothing too flashy. We just make sure people get their tickets and know where they are going. It’s what we’ve done for years, and we’re used to the pace of this neighborhood by now. We usually have the radio playing softly while we work through the stacks of bookings on our desks. There’s always plenty to do before we can head home for the night.
