You’ll find Sodhi Electronics at 107-A in the Karol Bagh Municipal Market. If you know Karol Bagh, you know how busy it gets. It’s a maze of shops and people and it never seems to stop. We’ve been part of this market for quite a while now. We focus on electronics, mostly smaller stuff that people use every day. It’s a tight space, but we manage to stock a lot of things on the shelves. There’s always noise from the street outside. We spend our days talking to customers and checking out faulty gadgets they bring in. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and trying to see what went wrong. We don't have a big marketing team or a polished look. It’s just a shop in a busy market. People come to us when they need a part or a quick repair that the big stores won't touch. We see a lot of regulars who have been coming to us for years. That’s the nice thing about being in the Municipal Market. You build relationships with the people around you. Sometimes we are out of stock of a certain item, and we have to ask you to come back another day. We try to be honest about that. It’s hard work keeping up with all the changes in technology. But we enjoy the challenge. It’s just a normal day-to-day business for us here. We’re usually here six days a week, working in the market.
