Sodexo Facilities & Project Management

Our office is over in Paschim Vihar, specifically at A-6/ 229. It is a residential-feeling area but we run the facility and project management work from here. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating things. Dealing with buildings and maintenance means there is always something breaking or needing a fix. New Delhi is a tough city for keeping things running smooth. We have been in this part of town for some time. The office has files everywhere. It is not one of those glass buildings you see downtown. It is just a regular space where we sit and plan out projects. We look at schedules and talk to vendors. Sometimes we are out on sites more than we are in the office. Paschim Vihar is a good location for us because it is easy to get to different parts of West Delhi. We drink a lot of tea while staring at spreadsheets. The name Sodexo Facilities & Project Management sounds formal but we are pretty casual here. We just focus on getting the work done without much fuss. If a project comes in, we figure out the steps and get to it. It is a lot of practical stuff like plumbing, electricity, and keeping the lights on for other businesses. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just keeping things moving along. It is steady work and it keeps us occupied throughout the week. We just handle the day-to-day tasks as they come up.
