We are located at Flat No 16 in the Ashoka Enclave Main area of Faridabad. It’s more of an office setup than anything else. Being in Haryana, the summers get really hot, so the fans are always spinning. The building is a standard residential-style block that we use for work. There are desks everywhere and stacks of paper. People come in to deal with their service passes and vouchers. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a corporate headquarters from a movie. It’s just an office where people do their daily tasks. The stairs up to the flat are a bit steep. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea in the afternoons. The windows look out over the street, and you can see the local shops and people going about their business. It’s usually pretty quiet inside, except for the sound of typing and the occasional phone ringing. We don’t have a big sign out front, just the address. Most people who visit us are looking for specific help with their accounts. We sit at our desks and go through the computer screens. It’s regular office work in a regular part of town. Sometimes the internet goes slow, and we just wait it out. It’s a simple operation here in Ashoka Enclave. We just focus on getting the records right and helping whoever walks through the door. It's nothing fancy, just work.
