You can find us down Gali No-5 on Shiv Mandir Marg in Palam Colony. Our address is Rz 44H in Rajnagar Part One. It’s a busy little street and we’ve been here for quite some time now. We handle facility management, which basically means we spend our time making sure other buildings and places are running like they should. It’s a lot of coordinating with cleaners, technicians, and different staff members. Our office is pretty basic. There are a few desks, some whiteboards with schedules written all over them, and a lot of keys hanging on the wall. It’s not a glamorous job, but someone has to do it. We deal with the day-to-day headaches so other people don’t have to. Sometimes things go wrong, like a pipe bursts or the power fails, and our phones start blowing up. We just take it one step at a time. The area here in New Delhi is always crowded, so getting around can be a bit of a challenge during peak hours. We’ve got a small team that knows the layout of the city pretty well. We don't have a flashy entrance. Most people just walk in and ask for help with their building issues. It’s a local business run by local people who know how to get things fixed without making a big fuss about it. We just try to stay on top of the list of things to do.
