We handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes work here at Sodexho (Pass) Facilities Management (I) Pvt Ltd. Our office is tucked away in New Ashok Nagar, right at B-1/295, staying with Smt Raj Bala. Most days it’s just us trying to keep things running smoothly for the various sites we look after. It's not a fancy glass building or anything like that, just a regular place where we get the paperwork done and manage the staff schedules. People usually come by when they have questions about their facilities or if there's a problem with one of the systems we manage. It’s been a bit of a learning process over the years. We deal with cleaning crews, maintenance guys, and all the small stuff that people don't really notice until it stops working. Delhi-96 is a busy area, and being based here helps us stay close to the local teams. We spend a lot of time on the phone or tracking down parts. It’s practical work. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just making sure the lights stay on and the floors stay clean for the companies that hire us. Sometimes the traffic in New Ashok Nagar makes it hard to get around, but we manage. We’ve been at this address for a while now. If you're looking for us, look for the B-1 block. It's pretty straightforward once you find the right lane. We just keep our heads down and get the job done every day.
