Snowland-Holidays is on the second floor of F-192 in Arjun Nagar. We are right in the Safdarjung Enclave area of New Delhi. It’s a decent climb up the stairs to get to us. The office is usually a bit of a mess with brochures and printouts of hotel bookings. We specialize in trips to colder places, which is why we have the name Snowland. It’s funny because Delhi is usually boiling hot, and here we are talking about glaciers and skiing all day. We have a few desks pushed together and a map of the Himalayas on the wall that is starting to peel at the edges. The staff here are mostly young people who like to travel themselves. We spend a lot of time on the phone with drivers and guest house owners in Himachal or Uttarakhand. Sometimes the phone lines act up, and we have to yell a bit to be heard. It’s a busy little office, especially before the summer holidays start. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most people find us because their friends told them we helped them out before. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We just want to make sure people get their tickets and know where they are staying. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now and the tea stall downstairs knows exactly what we want.
