We are situated in the heart of Kinari Bazar, near the Delhi GPO, at house number 2025. This is one of the oldest and most crowded parts of the city. Our office is in a building that has been around for a very long time. The lanes outside are so narrow that you can barely walk through them when the market is in full swing. Inside, we deal with business supplies and various trade items. Even though our name ends in dot com, we are very much a physical presence in this old market. The rooms have high ceilings and thick walls, typical of the architecture around here. We have computers and printers set up, but there are also plenty of old-fashioned ledgers and paper files because that is how things have always been done in Kinari Bazar. It is a noisy place with the sounds of carts and people haggling right outside the windows. We spend a lot of time on the phone or coordinating with suppliers who navigate these tight streets. It is not a corporate office with air conditioning and quiet hallways. It is a bit chaotic and very lived-in. We have stayed at this address because it connects us to the history of Delhi’s trade. Most days are spent managing orders and talking to the people who have been our neighbors for decades. It is a busy, honest way to make a living in a place that never seems to slow down or get any quieter.
