We are over here at J-138 on the Main Road in Kartar Nagar. Most days, it gets pretty loud outside because of the traffic moving through the main stretch. It’s just how things are in this part of town. The office is a straightforward place. We have our desks set up and we just get to work when we arrive in the morning. Sometimes the power acts up or the internet slows down, but we just deal with it as it comes. It isn’t anything fancy. People walk by the door all day long and occasionally someone pops their head in to ask for directions or just to say hello. Smc has been at this Kartar Nagar spot for a while now. We know the shopkeepers nearby and where to get the decent tea during the afternoon break. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint if we ever found the time. We keep the files organized enough so we can find what we need without too much trouble. It is a small team here and we mostly just focus on getting the daily tasks done before heading home. No one here wears a suit unless there is a really big reason for it. We just use the space we have. There’s a lot of dust from the road that comes in if we leave the door open too long. That’s just life on Main Road.
