Smart Sales Agencies is located over on Pyare Lal Road in the Nai Wala area of Karol Bagh. The shop number is 5/1213. This part of Delhi is always packed with people and motorcycles everywhere you look. We have been operating out of this small space for a good bit of time. It is mostly just us surrounded by boxes and different parts. The street outside is usually blocked with people loading stuff onto rickshaws or scooters. It can get pretty frustrating when you are trying to move things around, but that is just Karol Bagh for you. We keep the shop open six days a week and usually close up when it gets dark. Inside, it is a bit cramped because we try to keep a lot of items on the shelves. There is no air conditioning, just a ceiling fan that does its best during the summer months. We do not have any big corporate goals or anything, we just try to get through the orders and make sure the customers get what they asked for. Sometimes we lose track of time talking to the other shop owners on the lane. It is a community here, even if it looks like total chaos to someone who is not used to it. We do not spend money on fancy decorations. The walls are a bit dusty from the road outside. It is just a place where we do our business every day.
