S.M. Travels

S.M. Travels is located at 1/203 in Subhash Nagar. We’ve been in this part of New Delhi for a good number of years now. Our address is 110027, and it’s a place where everyone kind of knows each other. The office is right on the street level, so we see people walking by all day. It’s a small shop, really. We’ve got a couple of computers, some chairs for people to sit while they wait, and maps on the wall. We mostly help people with their travel plans and ticket bookings. It gets quite busy in the mornings. There’s always someone coming in asking about schedules or prices. We try to keep everything organized, but with so many papers, it can look a bit cluttered. It’s a very local feel here. We know the neighbors and the guys at the tea stall around the corner. We don't have any fancy uniforms or anything. Just us in our regular clothes, doing our jobs. Subhash Nagar is a lively area, and there's never a dull moment outside our window. We’ve had to deal with the usual Delhi heat and the rain, but we keep the fans going and the door open for anyone who needs to come in. It’s a simple business. We don't make big promises; we just try to get the tickets printed and the trips planned. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than three people are inside, but we make it work for us.
