Our shop is located at G 61 in the Aggarwal City Mall in Pitampura. If you’ve been to the mall, you’ve probably walked past us. We go by the name Slice of Italy. It’s a busy little spot, especially on the weekends when families are out shopping and looking for something to eat. The kitchen gets pretty hot because of the ovens, and there is always the smell of baking dough and tomato sauce in the air. We spend most of the day prepping ingredients, chopping vegetables, and getting the orders ready for the delivery guys who are always zooming in and out. Pitampura is a lively neighborhood, and being in the mall means we see all sorts of people. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for the kitchen and a few tables. We aren't some fancy dining hall; we’re just a pizza place where you can get a quick meal. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when too many orders come in at once, but we just keep going. The staff here is a small group, and we’ve been working together for a while now. We know the regulars by their orders. It’s a lot of work standing on your feet all day, but seeing people enjoy a hot slice makes it feel alright at the end of the shift. We usually close up late after the last movie show in the mall finishes and everyone has gone home.
