You can find us at 191/B1 Basantlane, which is right in the Railway Colony area of Paharganj. If you know New Delhi, you know how wild Paharganj can be. There are people and rickshaws everywhere at all hours. Our place is tucked into that mix. It’s not a huge shop, just enough room to get the ovens going and prepare everything. We’ve been at this spot for a bit now. The smell of baking dough usually drifts out into the lane. It’s a bit of a noisy neighborhood with the trains and the traffic nearby, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don’t have fancy seating or anything like that. It’s mostly just a functional space where we work. Some days the water pressure is low or the delivery bikes have trouble getting through the narrow streets, but that’s just how it goes here. We aren't part of some giant corporation with scripts for everything. We're just the guys working in the back at Slice Of Italy. Most of the staff live nearby or take the train in. It’s a busy, cramped, and honest way to spend the day. We focus on getting things out on time and making sure the kitchen stays running. It’s a lot of hard work and not much rest, but we like the energy of the colony. We just keep our heads down and keep the flour moving until closing time.
