We operate out of the Green Apartments in Pitam Pura, specifically in the G and J block. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a logistics office, but it works for us. The office is usually filled with the sound of printers going and people talking on their mobile phones to drivers and warehouse staff. Logistics is a lot of paperwork and tracking things that are always on the move. We spend our days staring at screens and making sure manifests are correct so nothing gets lost in transit. It gets pretty cramped in here with all the files and the desks pushed together. Pitam Pura is a busy area, so getting in and out of the complex can be a bit of a task during peak hours. We’ve got a small crew that knows the ropes. Most of us have been in this industry long enough to know that things rarely go exactly as planned. Weather, traffic, or just bad luck can slow things down, so we’re always reacting to something. We don't have a flashy showroom because we don't need one. Most of our work happens through phone calls and emails. We keep a teapot going in the corner and just grind through the list of shipments that need to be cleared. It’s a lot of coordination and hoping the trucks don’t get stuck at the borders. We’re just a local New Delhi team trying to keep the wheels turning day after day.
