Our office is located in Prashant Vihar, right in Section 14 of Rohini. It’s a busy part of Delhi, and finding a decent parking spot near C-119 can be a real headache most days of the week. We’ve got a lot of maps and old travel books lying around on the desks. People call us all day asking about flights or where they should go for their upcoming holidays. It gets pretty noisy with three or four phones ringing at the same time. I’ve been working here for a while, and it feels more like a second home to me now. The air conditioner usually makes a weird humming sound, but we’ve all gotten used to it. We don't have any fancy posters on the walls, just some old calendars and various notes pinned up on the board. It’s a small space, so we all know exactly what everyone else is doing. When it rains heavily in Delhi, the road outside gets flooded, and we often end up staying late because no one can easily leave. We just focus on getting the tickets booked and checking the dates for people. It’s straightforward work, nothing too complicated. Most of the people who come in are from the neighborhood. We know a lot of the regulars by name since they’ve been coming to us for years to plan their trips.
