It’s an easy spot to find because everyone knows where the Mother Dairy is. Our office is on the ground level. We have a big glass door that we have to clean every morning because of the dust from the road. Inside, we have our computers and some chairs. We help people figure out their travel plans. It’s mostly just looking at schedules and trying to find the best times for people to leave. We don't use any of those polished scripts you hear on the phone. We just talk to you like a normal person. Sometimes it gets really busy and we have three people waiting at once. We tell them to just hang on a minute while we finish up. The air conditioner works most of the time but on the really hot days it struggles a bit. We keep some cold water in the fridge for anyone who comes in. It’s a simple business. We like being in Uttam Nagar because it’s where we live too. We just try to get the bookings right so nobody has a headache later on their trip.
