Sky Gourmet(Kingfisher Airlines)

We spend most of our time over here in Sector-2, Rajindra Nagar, getting things ready for the flights. It is a busy spot in Sahibabad and things can get pretty hectic when those deadlines for the planes start creeping up on us. Working for Sky Gourmet and handling the Kingfisher side of things means we have to stay on our toes constantly. The kitchen is usually loud and there is always something that needs to be packed or moved. It isn't always pretty or quiet around here, but the work gets done. We have been at this address in Ghaziabad for a while now and most of us know the local streets like the back of our hands. It's a lot of long hours and making sure the trays are set up just right before they go out. Sometimes the traffic in U.P. makes things a bit stressful when we are trying to coordinate, but that is just how it goes in this part of town. We are just a group of people trying to keep things moving and making sure the food part of the travel doesn't fall behind. You can find us right at 2/136 if you are ever wandering around this part of Rajindra Nagar. It is just a practical place where work happens every single day, no matter what is going on outside. We don't have much fancy stuff to show off, just the daily routine of getting everything sorted for the next scheduled trip. It's hard work and it gets hot in there during the summer, but we just keep at it.
