Sky Gourmet, Igi Airport, New Delhi

Sky Gourmet is based out of the New Delhi area, and we spend a lot of our time dealing with things related to the IGI Airport. Our actual office or workspace is located at 26/76 Saidulajab, right on Ignou Road. It’s a busy part of town, especially with all the traffic coming through New Delhi-30. We’ve been around this neighborhood for a bit now. Working near the airport means things move fast, but we try to keep a bit of a steady pace at the shop. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a regular place where we manage the food side of things. Most mornings start early because planes don't wait for anyone. We’ve got a small crew who knows the drill. We aren't big on fancy titles or long speeches. Usually, it’s just someone checking the inventory and someone else making sure the deliveries are ready to go out on time. Sometimes the Ignou Road traffic makes things a bit tight, but we manage. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. If you walk past the 26/76 address, you’ll likely see some of our staff moving boxes or just taking a quick break. We like being in Saidulajab because it feels like a real neighborhood even though we're tied to the big airport operations. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do every day without fail. There isn't much more to it than that, I guess.
