S.K Builders & Developers is based at House Number 114 in Mohalla Tali. This is over in Thakurdwara, which is part of the Moradabad district in Uttar Pradesh. We are just local people who know the area well. This address is where everything starts for us. It’s not a big corporate headquarters, just a house where we run the business. Moradabad is our home and we’ve been working around here for quite some time. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to act like we are bigger than we are. S.K Builders & Developers is a small operation. We handle things one at a time. If you come to Mohalla Tali, you’ll find us there at H.No.114. We know most of the people on our street. It’s that kind of place. We don't have a fancy website or a huge team of people in suits. We wear work clothes and get our hands dirty when we have to. Being in U.P., you learn to be practical. That’s how we run things. No missions or visions, just building and developing things as they come. It’s honest work and we take it as it is. If you need something, you can find us in Thakurdwara. We’re usually around, unless we are out at a site somewhere. That's really all there is to say about us. We just keep our heads down and keep going through the week.
