Siya Travel

Our travel office is tucked away at B75 in West Vinod Nagar. It is a small space, mostly filled with maps on the walls, computer screens, and the sound of phones ringing throughout the day. We help people figure out their travel plans, whether they need a simple train ticket to visit family or a flight to somewhere much further away. Being located in Delhi-92 means we see a lot of local people who just want to get their bookings sorted without a lot of trouble. It is not a massive travel agency with hundreds of employees, just a handful of us sitting at our desks doing the work. We spend a lot of time on the phone with airlines or checking different schedules on the computer. The office itself isn’t anything special to look at, but it works fine for what we do. We have stacks of old brochures lying around that we should probably get around to organizing one of these days. People usually just walk in when they have a trip coming up and need someone to handle the details for them. Sometimes the internet connection is a bit slow and it takes a while to load a booking page, which can be a bit annoying when someone is waiting at the desk. We just try to get the tickets printed and the dates right. It is a quiet enough street most of the time, so it is not too hard for folks to find our door. We’ve been here for years.
