Sitel

We are over at 214/A-Block in Nand Ram Park. It’s right in the middle of Uttam Nagar, which is always a busy place to be. Sitel has been here for a while now. The streets outside are usually crowded with people going to work or the market. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space where we get things done. We have some desks, computers, and a small area where we keep our tea and snacks. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit loud, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We see the same faces every morning when we open up. There’s a guy who sells parathas just around the corner, and we usually get breakfast from him. The building itself is older, but it serves its purpose. We don't have big signs or flashy lights outside. People know where we are if they need us. Most of the staff live nearby, so we have a good feel for the neighborhood. It’s a lot of work keeping things organized, especially when it gets busy. We just take it one day at a time. There’s always someone coming in or out, and the phones keep us occupied. It’s not a corporate office like you see in the movies. It’s just our workplace. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the tasks at hand. It feels like home after all this time in Delhi.
