Sitel

Sitel is our workplace and we are on the third floor of 13/45 in Subhash Nagar. It is right in the heart of New Delhi, zip code 110027. If you know Subhash Nagar, you know it’s a lively place with a lot of small businesses and people everywhere. Our office is where we do a lot of our communication work. It’s mostly a large room with rows of desks and people on phones or computers. We are a varied group of people from all over the city. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady work and we try to make the best of it. We have people working at all hours because the calls never really stop. Sometimes it gets a bit loud in the office when everyone is talking at once. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. It’s a functional space designed for work. We don't use corporate speak or try to sound more important than we are. We’re just here to help people with their questions and problems. The building itself is older, but it serves its purpose. We like the local tea stall downstairs and the fact that the metro isn't too far away. It’s a real, everyday kind of job in a real part of the city. We keep our heads down and get it done.
