Sitel India

We are located in the Sfs Dda Flats in Paschim Vihar. The exact spot is A5B/302, near Gate No 9. It is a bit of a maze back here if you aren't used to the layout of the flats. Sitel India is what we go by. We share the building with a lot of other families and small offices. Our rooms are full of headsets and monitors. It gets quite loud when everyone is on a call at the same time. We don't have a big corporate lobby, just a door with a small nameplate so people know they are at the right place. The security guard at the gate knows us by now. We spend most of our shifts sitting down and talking to people on the screen or over the phone. It is a lot of repetitive work, but it pays the bills. Sometimes we bring lunch from home and eat together in the small kitchen area we have in the back. The air conditioning is a bit loud but it keeps us cool in the New Delhi heat. We’ve had some people stay for a long time and others leave after a month. It’s just that kind of place. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just try to get through the queue of work that comes in. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is a nice change from the office noise. We are just a group of people working in a flat. It’s a simple living and we get by.
