We are located at F116, in Flat 201 over in Katwaris Sarai. This part of New Delhi - 16 is always buzzing with students and people working nearby. Our office is inside the building, so it’s a bit of a climb up to the second floor. It’s a functional space, nothing too elaborate. We have rows of desks and a lot of wires running along the floor for the computers. The lighting is a bit bright, the kind of tube lights you see everywhere in Delhi. We spend our days mostly on headsets or typing away. It gets quite noisy when everyone is talking at once, so we’ve tried to arrange the desks to give everyone a bit of room. There isn’t much of a view from the windows, just the balconies of the neighboring buildings. We have a small corner with a fridge and a microwave where people heat up their tiffins at lunchtime. The smell of parathas usually fills the room around 1 PM. It’s a very practical environment. We don't spend money on fancy art or expensive carpets. We just focus on getting through the shift and making sure the work is done. Sometimes the parking downstairs is a nightmare, so most of us just take the bus or an auto. It’s just a regular office life in a busy part of the city. We keep to our schedule and try to stay productive.
