Sitel India Pvt. Ltd operates out of 117 Sanskritnagar Appartment in Sector 14, Rohini. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a company, being inside an apartment complex, but it works for us. We’ve been here for a good bit of time now. Rohini is quite far out for some people, but for us, it’s home. The apartment is on the first floor, so it’s easy to get to without waiting for the lift too long. We have our desks set up in the main rooms. It’s quiet enough during the day when most of the other residents are out at their own jobs. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood, like the gate bell or people talking in the courtyard. We mostly deal with calls and computer work all day long. It gets pretty busy, even if it doesn't look like much from the outside. The address is pretty straightforward once you get into Sector 14. We don’t have a big lobby or a receptionist, just a doorbell and some people working hard inside. Sometimes we go out to the local market nearby to grab a snack or some chai. It’s a simple way of doing things. We don’t need a fancy office building to do what we do. Just a reliable space in Sanskritnagar is enough for our team. We just keep our heads down and get through the tasks.
