Sitel India Ltd

You can find us over at C-3 in the Police Quarters area of Roop Nagar. We are right by the Roop Nagar Police Station, which makes the location very easy to describe to anyone. Sitel India Ltd has been operating here for a while, and it is a very busy spot. We have people working at all hours of the day and night because of the nature of our business. The office is always full of the sound of people talking on their phones and the clicking of keyboards. It is not a very quiet place, but you get used to the hum of activity after a few days. We have rows of desks with computers and headsets. The lighting is a bit bright, but it keeps us awake during the late shifts. We don't have much in the way of decorations, maybe just a few notices pinned to the board in the break room. Most of us live in the surrounding parts of New Delhi and take the metro or a rickshaw to get to work. It is a very practical setup. We aren't here to do anything except handle the tasks that come through our system. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks down, which is a bit of a disaster for the night shift, but we manage somehow. It is a lot of routine work, but the people here are friendly and we help each other out when things get busy. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs.
