Sita

We are located at 235, Prasad Nagar in New Delhi. It’s a standard residential building where we’ve set up our workspace. Sita has been operating from this address for a long time. We deal with travel and tourism, mostly helping people figure out where they need to go. The office isn't very large. We have some maps on the wall and a lot of old ledgers. It feels a bit like stepping back in time because we still like to keep physical copies of things. There’s a small seating area for people who drop by, but most of our business happens over the phone. The neighborhood is fairly quiet during the day, which is nice for getting work done. We have a small pantry where we make tea for anyone who comes in. Our team is small, just a few people who have been in the travel business for decades. We don't use any fancy software that we don't need. We just talk to people and get their trips organized. Sometimes the street gets blocked by a delivery truck, but otherwise, it's easy to reach. We don't do any big advertising. Word of mouth has always been enough for us. It’s a plain, functional office where we just do our jobs every day without much fuss. We know the locals and they know where to find us.
