Sita Incoming

We are Sita Incoming, and we work out of house number 172 in Sector 19, Pocket 1 of the DDA SFS flats in Dwarka. It’s a regular residential neighborhood in New Delhi, which keeps things feeling pretty grounded for us. We don't have a big office building with our name in lights. Instead, we have this space in Dwarka where we handle all the incoming travel arrangements. It’s mostly just us and our computers, making sure everything is ready for people when they arrive. We’ve been at this address for a while and have gotten to know the area quite well. The office is a bit lived-in, with papers stacked up and maps on the wall, but it works for us. We spend our days coordinating with different people and making sure schedules are kept. It can get a bit stressful when plans change at the last minute, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't a big corporate entity with hundreds of employees; we are just a small group trying to do a good job from our base here. Being in a DDA flat means we have neighbors all around, so we try to keep things relatively quiet and respectful. It’s a straightforward setup and we don't try to dress it up. We just show up every morning, drink some coffee, and start working through the long list of things that need to be done. It keeps us busy and out of trouble, which is all we really want at the end of the day.
