Sita Incoming

We are located at C-29 in Anand Vihar. If you are coming from the main part of Delhi, it’s a bit of a drive towards the east. Our office here at Sita Incoming is where we handle a lot of the travel groups coming into the city. Anand Vihar is a busy place with the bus terminal and the train station not too far away, so there is always a lot of movement. The building we are in is quite plain. We have a few rooms filled with maps and schedules and contact lists for hotels and guides. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or modern art. It’s just a place of work. We spend our mornings answering emails and making sure the buses are on time for the tourists. Sometimes we have to stay late if a group is delayed or there is a problem with a booking. We drink a lot of chai to keep ourselves going. The office can get a bit cluttered with all the folders we keep. It’s just a regular local business life. We don’t use fancy slogans. We just try to make sure everything is ready for the people who are arriving. The neighborhood has a lot of small shops, so we usually go out for a quick bite at the corner stall. It’s a simple life here in the office.
