Singla Telecom Centre

The shop is located in Nangloi, specifically at Ambika Enclave Nihal Vihar, A 117 Phase 2. It’s a busy area and there is always something going on outside our door. Singla Telecom Centre has been a part of this neighborhood for a while, and we’ve seen the streets change quite a bit over the years. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves and a couple of stools for people to sit on while they wait for their phones to get checked. We have a lot of different things, like SIM cards, recharges, and various mobile accessories piled up behind the counter. It isn't the most organized place in the world, but we know exactly where every single item is kept. Sometimes it’s just one of us here, and other times a couple of family members help out when it gets crowded. People come in from all over Nihal Vihar for small things, maybe a cable that stopped working or a memory card. We spend a lot of time talking to the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. The address, A 117 Phase 2, is easy to find once you get into the main lanes of Ambika Enclave. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s just us running the show every day from morning until late at night. The fan makes a bit of noise in the summer, but it keeps the place cool enough while we work on handsets or help someone set up a new connection.
