We are located over in Mangolpuri. It’s a pretty busy part of the city and we’ve been operating from here for a good while. The shop is small, but we fit a lot of stuff inside. Mostly, people from around the area stop by when they have an issue with their phones or need a quick recharge. It’s usually just one or two of us behind the counter. The street outside can get really loud with all the rickshaws and people walking past. We have boxes stacked up in the corners because space is tight. It’s not one of those shiny showrooms you see in the malls. Just a regular local shop where we try to help out whoever walks through the door. Sometimes the lights flicker a bit when the power is acting up, but we stay open as long as we can. We know most of the people who live nearby by their first names. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than three customers come in at once. We don't spend much time on decorations. Most of our day is spent looking at small screens or talking to people about their connections. It’s straightforward work. If you are in Mangolpuri, you have probably walked past us a few times already without thinking much of it. We just keep things going one day at a time here.
