Singapore Airlines

We are located at Flat No. 9, Pocket-3, Sector-11 in Dwarka, New Delhi. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than the main city center, which we appreciate. Singapore Airlines has this local office space here to handle the administrative side of things. It’s basically a flat that’s been converted into a workspace. We have desks in what used to be the living room and filing cabinets in the hallway. It feels more like a home than an office, which makes the long hours a bit more bearable. We spend most of our time on computers, dealing with schedules and paperwork that most people never see. The kitchen is always stocked with tea and biscuits because we need them to get through the afternoon slump. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just a small nameplate near the bell. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try not to make too much noise when we’re leaving late. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or water issues like everyone else in Dwarka. It’s just a normal, everyday place where we do our jobs. We aren't trying to be flashy; we just focus on getting the details right for the flights and the passengers. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from fixing the printer to answering the door. That's just how we get things done.
