Our office is located at 833 in Sunlight Colony II, which is right in the Ashram area of New Delhi. We are pretty close to where the old Shalimar Cinema used to be, so it is a landmark most locals know well. This isn't the airport counter; it’s more of a back-office spot where we handle the details that people don't usually see. The traffic around Ashram is famous for being some of the worst in the city, so getting to work can be a challenge every morning. Once we are inside, it is all about dealing with tickets, schedules, and various customer requests that come through the system. We have a few desks and some old filing cabinets, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. We aren't here to give people a big sales talk; we are just here to do the job. Sometimes we have to stay late when there are issues with flights or the computer system goes down. We eat our lunch together and talk about things other than work just to take a break. It is a steady environment and we have a routine that we follow every day. Even though the name on the door is a big one, we are just a small team of local people working in a busy part of Delhi to keep things organized. We don't worry about being fancy, we just worry about getting the paperwork right.
