We are located at Wz-148D on the ground floor in G-Block of Hari Nagar. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, zip code 110064. People often get confused thinking this is the airport counter, but we are just a small office tucked into a residential block. The ground floor makes it easy for people to walk in off the street. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze inside with all the filing cabinets and the old desks we use. I’ve been working out of this Hari Nagar spot for a while now. The traffic in G-Block can be a nightmare in the evenings, so I usually get here early to beat the rush. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff, paperwork, and helping people with their travel plans. It’s mostly just sitting at the computer and talking on the phone all day. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear the kids playing outside or the vegetable sellers calling out on the street. We don’t have any fancy posters or big signs. It’s a very practical space for work. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay on top of the bookings. It’s just a regular neighborhood office where we do our daily shifts and then head home like everyone else in the block. It works for us and keeps us busy.
