Singapore Airlines

Our office is situated at 46/10 Ashok Nagar, right here in New Delhi. Even though we are part of Singapore Airlines, this specific location feels more like a local neighborhood office than a big airport terminal. We obviously do not have any planes landing in the street outside. It is just a place where we handle the administrative side of things for the airline. There are desks, computers, and quite a few files scattered around. Some people come in looking to buy tickets or change their flight dates, and we do what we can to help them out at the front counter. It can get pretty busy during the holiday seasons, and the phone seems to ring constantly on some mornings. The office is not anything fancy, just a functional place where we get our work done every day. Ashok Nagar is a noisy area, so there is always the sound of traffic coming through the front. We have been at this address for a while now, and the people living around here know us. It is a very straightforward setup. We do not use a lot of big corporate words when we talk to our customers. We just try to explain things clearly so everyone knows their travel plans. Sometimes the air conditioning has a hard time when the Delhi heat is at its worst, but we manage. It is just a regular job in a regular part of town.
