Singapore Airlines Ltd

We have our office set up on the third floor of a building in Lajpat Nagar I, right here in New Delhi. It’s the E-13 spot. If you know the area, you know it’s always crowded and full of life. We’re part of the Singapore Airlines team, but this specific office is more about the administrative side of things and helping people out with their travel details. It isn’t like being at the airport at all. It’s much more grounded. We spend our days mostly on computers or talking to people who come in with questions about their flights. The stairs up to the third floor can be a bit much if you aren’t used to them, but we don’t mind it. The team here is a mix of people who have lived in Delhi their whole lives and some who moved here for work. We try to keep things organized, though with the way travel goes, things can get a bit chaotic sometimes. We don't have a big fancy lobby with waterfalls or anything like that. It's just an office with desks, chairs, and a lot of files. We focus on getting the tickets sorted and making sure the paperwork is right so nobody has a headache when they get to the terminal. It’s a lot of checking and double-checking numbers. Outside, the market is always buzzing, so lunch breaks are usually spent grabbing something quick from a local stall. It’s a decent place to work.
