Our office is down in Lajpat Nagar - Ist, specifically at D-39 & 40. Being here for Singapore Airline Ltd means we see a lot of the local hustle. Lajpat Nagar is a busy market area, so there’s always noise outside the window. We’ve got two units joined together to make enough space for everyone. It’s a bit of an old-school setup, but it works for us. We handle a lot of the paperwork and customer stuff that comes with running an airline. It’s not like being at the terminal; it’s more about the day-to-day grind here in New Delhi. We have desks piled with folders and a few computers that have seen better days. The team is small, but we’ve been together for a while. We know the local chai wallah by name. It gets hot in the summer, and the AC struggles sometimes, but we keep at it. People come in with questions about their travels, and we do what we can. It’s a practical environment. We don’t have those fancy lounge chairs you see in the ads. It’s just a workspace in a busy part of town. We show up, handle the bookings, and head home like everyone else. It’s honest work, and we’re glad to be part of the neighborhood here. We focus on the schedules and making sure the information we give out is correct. It’s just a normal day at the office where we try to keep everything organized among the files.
