Sine One Teleservices

This business is run by the son of Mr. D.S. Sachan here in Jhansi. We’ve been working out of this part of Uttar Pradesh for a while now. Sine One Teleservices is basically just us handling phones and communication stuff for people who need it. Jhansi is a place with a lot of history, but we’re just focused on the day-to-day tasks. The office isn't anything special to look at. It’s a room with some desks, some phones, and a lot of papers. We don't have a big fancy sign outside. Most of the people who use us are locals or businesses from around the 284001 zip code area. We keep things pretty simple. If there’s a problem with a line or someone needs help with a setup, we go out and take a look. My father, Mr. Sachan, taught me how to handle things directly, so we don't use much of that corporate language you hear in the big cities. We just talk to people like neighbors. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else. It’s just how things go here. We aren't trying to grow into a massive company. We just want to do a decent job for the people who trust us. It’s a small operation, but it keeps the lights on. We value being here in our hometown and doing things the right way.
