Sinarjernih Pvt. Ltd is found at H.No-157, which is right near the Ration Office in Bijaswan, New Delhi. Being close to the Ration Office makes it easy for people to find us since everyone in the area knows that building. Our office is basically a house that we turned into a workspace. It’s not very big, but it has enough room for our desks and the cupboards where we keep all the files. Bijaswan is a bit quieter than the center of Delhi, which is nice most of the time. We have a small staff and we all know each other well. Our daily routine is pretty simple. We show up, have some tea, and then start going through the stacks of papers that need our attention. We don't have any fancy mission statements or polished signs on the walls. It’s just a place where we do our administrative jobs. The floors are a bit worn from all the people coming in and out, but we try to keep things tidy. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, so we spend a bit of time cleaning the tables every morning. We don't put on any acts here. If you walk in, you’ll just see us working at our desks, probably wearing casual clothes. We just try to stay on top of the work and make sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle. It’s a plain, honest place to work.
