Simran Communication is a small shop tucked away in Mayur Vihar, specifically at Rajveer Colony A-2/1. If you walk past too fast, you might even miss it. I have been running this place for a few years now, and the shelves are mostly filled with phone cases, chargers, and old boxes of spare parts. It’s a bit cramped inside, especially when three or four people come in at once to pay their bills or get a new SIM card. The light flickers sometimes, but I’ve gotten used to it. Most of my day is spent sitting behind the small glass counter, fixing broken screens or trying to figure out why someone’s phone won’t turn on anymore. The neighborhood is busy, so there is always someone dropping by to ask a question or just to chat for a minute. Rajveer Colony has a lot of energy, and I like being part of it. I don't have a big team; it is mostly just me and occasionally my younger brother when he has time to help out. We don’t have a fancy sign, just the name on the front. Sometimes the internet goes down and we can’t process recharges, which is frustrating, but we manage. I keep a small radio on for some background noise while I work on the circuit boards. It’s a simple life, but it keeps me busy from morning till night.
