Silver Ferns

Over in the DDA flats in Madangir, we have been working from room 40/1363 for a long time. Silver Ferns is just our name for the work we do from this flat. It is not a big fancy office with a lobby. Most of the time it is just me and maybe one other person handling things. We deal with whatever comes our way during the day. The building is one of those standard government-built flats, so everyone knows the layout. It gets a bit dusty with the New Delhi weather but we keep the inside tidy enough. There are a lot of families living around us, so you hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long. Children playing, vendors calling out, that sort of thing. We don't have a big sign outside or anything to show off. If you come looking for us, you just find the right block in Madangir. It’s a humble spot but it works for us. We do our daily tasks and try to stay organized with our paperwork. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit but we just wait it out or take a break. It is a very normal, local way of working. We aren't trying to be some big company. We just do our business from this small space in south Delhi. Most people around here know us by now. It is practical and simple. Nothing more to it than that. We just show up and get the work done without making any big deal out of it.
