Silver Ferns Hotel

Silver Ferns Hotel is located over at R54 in the Khirki Extension of Malviya Nagar. This part of New Delhi is always moving and changing, and we are right in the middle of all that activity. Our building isn't hard to find, but the small lanes around here can be a little confusing if you aren't used to the layout of the extension. Inside, we have our small reception area and the offices tucked away in the back where we do the paperwork. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes with all the cleaning supplies and the staff moving around to get things ready for the day. We don’t use a lot of fancy words or marketing talk to describe what we do here. We just make sure the rooms are ready for whoever is coming and that the guests have what they need. Some of us have worked at this spot for a long time, and we know all the little quirks of the building, like which light switch is a bit loose or which window needs a good push to close. We spend a lot of our time on our feet. The office part of the hotel is mostly for keeping the guest registers and handling the daily bills. We don't have a big corporate team behind us. It’s just a few of us making sure things run as they should. We have our tea breaks in the back.
