Silver Ferns( A Boutique Hotel)

Silver Ferns is a boutique hotel located at J-35 Paryavaran in the Neb Sarai area of Delhi. When people hear boutique hotel, they might think of something very flashy, but we try to keep things more grounded than that. We are down in Delhi-68, near the IGNOU side of things. The building has been here for a while and we do our best to keep it running smoothly. Managing a hotel means there is always something to fix or someone to help. We don't have a giant corporate office; the work happens right here on the ground. Usually, the staff is busy with the rooms or helping someone at the front desk. It’s a lot of laundry, cleaning, and checking the kitchen supplies. We aren't interested in using fancy words to describe what we do. We provide a place to stay and that’s the main thing. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small businesses, so it feels quite local. Sometimes the narrow streets make it a bit tricky for cars, but that’s just how it is in this part of Delhi. We focus on the basics like making sure the beds are made and the lights work. It’s a 24-hour job, so someone is always around. We don't have a big marketing team, just the people who show up for their shifts every day.
