Silver Birches Tours

You can find us at 568-B Regent in the Shipra area of Ghaziabad. We run Silver Birches Tours from here, though most of the time we are busy on the phone or looking up travel routes. It’s not a large office, just a cozy space where we keep our maps and brochures. We’ve been helping people plan their trips for a while now and we’ve seen a lot of things change in the travel world. We don't have a big fancy storefront with neon lights. It’s just a regular door in a residential and commercial mix. We like it this way because it feels more personal. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers and hotels to make sure everything is lined up for our clients. Sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, like a train being late or a hotel losing a booking, so we spend our day fixing those little hiccups. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sell you things you don't need. We just listen to what you want and see if we can make it happen. It’s a small business and we put in the hours to keep it going. Most people who come to us are neighbors or friends of people we’ve helped before. We just take things one day at a time and try to be helpful.
