Sigma Taj Sales Service Pvt Ltd is based at 3544, Nicholsan Road, right near Mori Gate. If you’ve ever been to this part of the city, you know it’s packed with history and a whole lot of different shops. It’s a very crowded area, and the streets are always full of people, rickshaws, and delivery bikes. We handle sales and service from our little spot here. The building is older, like most things around Mori Gate, so it has a bit of character, even if the stairs are a bit narrow and steep. We have a lot of parts and items stacked up in the back rooms. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when a big shipment comes in and we have to find space for everything. We don't really do the whole polished business look with suits and ties. We're usually in our work clothes, dealing with customers who stop by with questions or things that need fixing. Some days it’s just answering the phone and checking what we have in stock.
